octopus mosaic - squid ink noodle, suspended tomato dashi, frozen eggplant

tuna nicoise - white anchovy romesco, 64*C quai eggs, smokey tomato, olive 'gusher'

    We were at Taco Asylum for Valentines dinner! What a fabulous evening. Ryan and his group are so personal and attentive. Watching him put together these artistic culinary dishes was a real treat. We look forward to more.
